PAYMENTS

Insurance: 

 

We DO NOT accept insurance for office visit fees nor will we provide you diagnosis and CPT codes to submit to insurance for reimbursement.  Diagnostic testing, like testing through our on-site LabCorp, will be submitted to your insurance.  Medicaid patients will not be able to submit diagnostic testing to their insurance for reimbursement.

Office Visit Fees​ (Effective 11/01/2024)

In-Person and Telehealth Visits Fees

  • Initial appointments are in-person ONLY..

  • Visits are approximately 90 minutes 

  • Cost: $675.

Follow-up visits

  • Can be in-person or telehealth

    • (i.e. phone, Facetime, video chat, etc).

  • Visits are typically 30 minutes

  • Cost: $225 (for approximately 30 minute appointments)

    • Visits exceeding 50 minutes will incur a fee of $450 (cost of a 50+ minute appointment)

 

Any phone discussions longer than 10 minutes will incur a $115 fee

IN-PERSON VISIT REQUIRED AT LEAST YEARLY FOR INJECTIONS, IVs, PEPTIDES,  PHARMACEUTICAL PRESCRIPTIONS (I.E. LDN, THYROID AND SEX HORMONES).
Additional Fees: 

 

There is an additional fee for services like injections and intravenous therapies in addition to the office visit fees. Call now to inquire about our pricing for these services.
